As a small business everything we make at Birch and Tides has been laser cut out of various materials. We have years of experience cutting and engraving along with a background in design, we are available to help you design and make your dream projects!
We specialise in working with small businesses and helping them bring to life their projects for hobby or for selling.
We work on a Trotec laser engraver which we can use to cut and engrave a range of materials and thicknesses. This machine is one of the best laser cutters in the country and can engrave and cut multiple materials of various thickness, so the possibilities are endless!
We have a in house a stock of 3mm, 6mm plywood and mdf along with some acrylics. We also offer paper and card laser cutting, perfect for invitation or greeting card stationery designer.
As designers ourselves we can take an idea from a sketch or email and advise you on the best way to bring it to life! We can also work with files supplied to us too, formats available upon request. We can cut up to a size of 305x610mm.
